Eo Gio Pass
Eo Gio (Windy Strait) is a coastal strait in Nhon Ly commune flanked by two soaring rocky ranges curving into the East Sea. The name originates from its unique funnel shape that catches cool oceanic breezes year-round.
The highlighted attraction is the red-and-white fenced cliffside walking path hugging the steep mountainside. Walking along the winding stone steps provides sweeping views of crashing waves against dramatic sea caves below.
At the foot of the cliffs lies 'Da De Beach'—a shoreline paved with millions of smooth egg-shaped pebbles eroded by waves over centuries. It is widely recognized as the most breathtaking sunrise spot in Quy Nhon.
Visitors usually combine an early morning walk at Eo Gio with a boat trip to Ky Co or a visit to the adjacent Ngoc Hoa Monastery featuring Vietnam's tallest twin Buddha statue.
